Springer Repair Part 2

So on to fixing the front legs basically its the same process as the rear legs its just getting the legs line up properly, measured out, and set in the jig properly Setting up the jig here for the new chock that will hold the spring rods cleaning out the grime on the rocker holes then onto the slug parts all fitted and welded up into the lower leg portion sitting pretty in the jig all lined up nice after the first 2 passes of welding and the first pass with the flap disc filler pass with silicone bronze smoothing and finishing all ready to be assembled all back together
