These are now ready for sale
if you already have a set of the stock shovelhead mid controls these work great with the stock brake side control.
Simple bolt on and clean looking design.
Like all my items it is made right here in my shop by myself and all the materials used are made in the USA.
note the two grease fittings on the bottom side to keep the bushings and shaft nice and lubed
and if you need foot pegs please let us know as we are an authorized Biltwell dealer. The Biltwell Sanderson pegs look excellent with this setup
This project came to me from a customer in NJ last week.
Big thanks for Mike at 47 Industries for the custom 2" stretch hardtail
this has the cleanest lines of any evo sporty hardtail out there and of course like all of Mikes work it is spot on as far as fit and finish is concerned.
If you are interested in one of these please reach out to me or reach out to Mike directly. 47 Industries in New Jersey.
starting on the rear fender mounting
Seat, gas tank, rear fender, etc. all mounted in place
Just finished up these set of handlebars for the 45 springer on my '48 wishbone pan/shovel bike
Slugs to fit in the top of the springer rear legs
Bent tubing
Before they are welded to the top clamp
Sleeves
Welded to the top Clamp
On the bike just need to trim them down to width
just a few small updates
I spent the weekend getting a lot of little odds and ends done on the bike which was basically finishing up all the mounting bungs and plates etc that the bike needed
the bike just left my shop today to get the seat upholstered so it should be back within a week or so
once it gets back it will be broken down for final welding then put back together so it can get some riding time on it.
with the exhaust being brand new from paughco I didnt want to weld bungs on the pipes for mounting like I normally do and screw up the brand new chrome so I reworked and re welded up the mounting tabs that paughco has since their stock setup leaves a lot to be desired.
just the top mounts for the oil tank here in these pics
and the tail light and license plate mounts on the sissybar
